The plastic that is stitched into the Nike Spyne is quite annoying to get off.

I washed them a few time and there is still loads around the side.

I'm sure it protects the latex palm, but why do no other companies do this then?

On the plus side the slim fitting glove is excellent. Kudos

I have asked the same question to my equipment counterparts.  Once they fill me in i will let you know the answer.

Nike gloves are very good

palms hold up better than most all others

dont chip away like others

but eventually they lose tackiness and dry out after a few months

I used the gunn cut this season

and last year had the VG3

i have to say that the gunn cut made your hands feel more secure when punching and making fingertip saves

but catching the ball with the VG3 was way better because of the pinky and the pointer finger wraps

have to get the VG3 again next season
