Great week of review, and working on some fundamentals. All the coaches were or are college goalkeepers, and most coach at the college level.
Day 1.
First session: Registration. Second session: evaluation session (shot stopping, breakaways, crosses, fitness). third session" 6 v 6 to goal.
Day 2.
Collapse diving, extention diving, keeper wars
Day 3.
breakaway footwork, game like breakaways, ziggy's challange (breakaway game)
Day 4
Pressure training (intense 45 sec. drills...designed to train mental/physical strenght), second session off, watched france v. italy as a group, keeper wars.
Day 5.
crossing, three goal training, crossing game
