wore the ka goalkeeping gloves at training tonight
very comfy , grip is amazing
6 boys have them at our academy and not one of them has any complaints to make regarding the gloves
well done kenny for this range of gloves pleasure to wear
Wore the KA roll finger gloves in training Wednesday. My first impressions are very good. The glove is very solid, and well made. Good grip to start (even before a good wash). The glove fits very well in a 9 (minus the pinky, which seems a bit longer than on most gloves). The think that impressed me the most was the softness of the palm, and the outstanding shock absorbtion. I will give a full review after several wears.
What does everybody think of the latest Marketing Pic for KA Goalkeeping?

Nice, Kenny. Although if it was me I'd consider "You're" instead of "You are," which reads a little awkward and formal.
I like it. Although I think it'd look better if the gloves were much whiter and brighter in the pic(make the gloves stand out in the pic, cos that's really what your trying to promote)
I agree with both suggestions, otherwise, it looks good.
Wore the KA roll's for the first time Friday. I love the feel of glove, and they performed really really well (even though I did not ) The fit is spot on, and even the larger than normal pinky was forgettable after a breif wear.
I pre-washed them in the washing machine the night before, and they had a very nice tackiness that lasted the entire wear (2 indoor games worth). The cushion is above average, as is the grip. The wrist is supportive, yet comfortable. I am going to give them a go in some wet weather tomorrow, and will give a full review after 5 or so wears. Kudos to Kenny for creating a cool looking, well performing glove.
interesting to see KA gloves getting their first TV appearance tonight!
Andy Goram is wearing them as he lines up for the Scotland legends against England's legends at Southampton's St Mary's Stadium. ITV4.
England are 2-0 up as I type this, with Steve Hodge and Stan Collymore getting the goals, while Goram just made a great 1v1 stop from Collymore.
Graeme Le Saux is the best player on the pitch, but it's easy to see why Des Walker, Rob Lee, Paul Merson and Collymore were such talented players in their heyday.
a great signing in Goram there KA
The gloves look good Kenny.
Jimmy:
I'm presuming the ball is hidden up Gorams jersey in this pic??????
I have done it and got sent off for it!!!!!! . I just lost it for that split second, probably because it was a big game against our top of the table rivals.
Basically I collected the ball on the edge of my box and the forward fouled me, it wasn't a bad foul and didn't even bother me, the ref even saw it but just shouted play on which was the correct call. What got to me was when I tried releasing the ball for a quick throw out the forward stopped me, then stopped me again, and again so........ he got the boot. The refs exact words i the report were "kicked the number 9 RIGHT up the backside".....my mates have never let me forget this . I think we can safely say 'A basic schoolboy error'
What's up with the ribbeled fingers? An SMU or a new model?

im gonna guess that one was a prototype? personally i love the smooth latex backhand. ive just received the roll finger version of these and although its a little wide on me - surround cut tends to do that - they feel fantastic.
kenny, any plans to make a glove without the surround style? i prefer a classic roll finger shape.
Yeah, the ribbed latex was a prototype version...... it didnt quite make the final range, I felt the entirely simplistic looking backhand was a good starting point for the brand...... Good quality, well made, nice feel, good grip goalkeeper gloves.
With regards to additional gloves, there is an second phase of gloves at the design stage. These will be released around the turn of the year. Going to run a competition to name the next range of gloves, I'll keep you posted when that goes on the website.
