I'm not one to reneg on an agreement so here goes...
"I Kiwi admit that Jimmy's team Aston Villa were by far the better team against my club Tottenham Hotspurs, as evidenced by their victory today" [:'(]
I understand if the administrators of TGB feel that because this is not a goalkeeping thread is such it may well be removed!
No I think we'll leave this one here Geno.
and yes I am enjoying this
As am I! :)

Please leave me alone, I'm a broken man
I know you can never change your team, something I've taught my son, but I'm almost ready to break the golden rule...
Like every season it gets to October and Tottenham Hotspur are guaranteed to be "Rebuilding for the following season"
I just don't understand why they didn't let Keane and Berbatov go as soon as they said they didn't want to stay and then have time to find replacements and bed them in during the pre-season. We're now left with a brand-new below-par strike force and team trying to play a completely new system..

Exactly. Everyone knew Berbatov was going to leave --> why leave it till the last moment and end up with no time for replacements?
As goalkeepers, we all know how important it is to play with a settled team. Spurs are chopping and changing all the time, and look really disjointed when they play.
On the bright side the only way here is up...I hope! At least there are other TGBers here whom I can share my pain with!

I agree, they must have hoped to maybe keep one if not botrh of these players.
While I dont think Ramos would be so short sighted, I beleive Daniel Levy may well have a fair bit on who was leaving.
